Community Energy Savers Program

The Community Energy Savers Program is designed to empower homeowners, renters and businesses to reduce energy usage in their community. By participating in CES, as a University District community member, you not only have the opportunity to save energy and money in your homes and businesses, but you can also help University District receive up to $35,000 in grants from AEP Ohio and Columbia Gas of Ohio. These awards will be used for upgrades within the University District community!

Property Owner Resource Center

Student Life’s Off-Campus and Commuter Student Services is offering a new resource center for registered property owners and managers. The webpage has a collection of helpful information and links for property owners and managers to share with their tenants during Move-In, Move-Out and throughout the year. Topics include fire safety, life skills education, sustainability and roommates.

Please contact offcampus@osu.edu for questions or suggestions about the resource center.

University Response to Racial Justice

The deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor — along with countless others — have sparked a worldwide focus on racial injustices and inequities that have long plagued our society. As a university dedicated to creating the future, Ohio State is committed to being an agent of change through our words and deeds. Our motto is “Education for Citizenship,” and Buckeyes are united in making a difference. Read more about the University’s response here.
